Laptops and Other Mobile Devices

Issuing Mobile Devices

New and reassigned laptops are issued by Health IT staff, and require that a Mobile Device Request Form be completed by the receiving employee (not by the employee’s manager).

Returning Mobile Devices

Laptops should be collected by employee’s manager upon resignation, termination or other end to employment. Laptops should not be held or stored by managers. Instead, managers should report returned laptops or other mobile devices to Health IT staff.
