HIPAA Security Assessment

Assessment Due Annually

Assessment must be completed and submitted annually, during the month of August. Please coordinate with the Department IT Coordinator if you have questions or need help completing your portion of the assessment.

Annual collaborative effort involving staff from Technology, HR, Building Services, etc to keep our department in compliance with HIPAA standards.
