The Health Technology office supports the technology needs of Columbus Public Health. Our Health Technology staff at Columbus Public Health also coordinate with staff from the city-wide Department of Technology for certain services. Our new request form will route you to the right team automatically, depending on the nature of your request or issue.

If you are experiencing an issue, have a request, or need assistance otherwise, please complete our request form below. You can expect a response within two business days. Requests for new technology device purchases must be placed at least two weeks in advance of when the equipment is needed.
